• Who is able to place an order?

• Are you a pharmaceutical Mfg?

  We are a specialty Exporter, specializing in difficult to obtain molecules, from USA, Europe, Japan & India

• Do we need a import permit for our country?

  All imports require a proper import permit, whether a personal or commercial import.

• How are you able to offer such attractive pricing?

  We hold specialty contractual agreements with pharma CDMO’s and also purchase in bulk quantities.

• What if I don’t see the medicine I am searching for?

  No worries, just email or contact us via our chat program and explain the special molecule you seek and we’ll inform if available.

• Do we have distribution licences with Mexico or other Latin American Countries?

  We hold speciality pharmacy licenses for Mexico and provide authorized molecules as per each countries health regulations in Latin America (each country having their own speciality accreditations)

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  Within Mexico we accept most popular forms of payments, while outside of Mexico we accept bank wire payments and for government tenders we accept “Documented Letters of Credit”

• Explain your shipment details?

  Most consignments are dispensed via DHL Specialty Pharmaceutical Carriers, especially if a cold-chain is necessary.
  Bulk orders are dispensed via Air-Freight Services
  Cold Chain consignments dispensed with Temperature Monitors ensuring proper temperature throughout shipping process.
  Port of Dispatch: Houston, London, Mexico City, Miami & Mumbai
  Normal ETA is 5 to 7 business days after document and payment confirmation.
