It was formed from the merger of three different corporate entities, of which the first was "Surtidora Pro-Medical SA de CV began as a corporate entity in 2004," the second "Rx Medical Warehouse LLC" began as a corporate entity in 2005 and the parent company "Pan American Exports SA" started in May 1978

Distribuidora Farmaceutica Pan Americana Established in Mexico City, our organization is dedicated to serving Latin American markets by providing access to cancer and specialty drugs that are either unavailable or prohibitively expensive for patients. Recognizing the widespread issue of medicine shortages and unaffordable pricing in Mexico and across Central and South America, we focus on addressing these critical healthcare needs in the region.

Our parent company, Pan American Exports SA, operates a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility specializing in the production of generic anti-cancer drugs, monoclonal antibodies, and treatments for autoimmune diseases. This facility supplies a range of pharmaceutical distributors across Europe, Canada, Britain, and Asia. We are committed to manufacturing high-quality cGMP molecule formulations for generic medications and hold licenses in numerous countries.
